Patient Rights Board
Our Patient Rights Unit provides services within the framework of legal regulations. Wish and suggestion boxes in our hospital are opened together with the Patient Rights Officer, Head Nurse and Quality Management Director, and the Patient Rights Board is evaluated together with the senior management. Violations of patient rights are evaluated and resolved in this unit.

It works to increase the safety and quality of the patient care and treatment process, to ensure patient safety, and to reduce risks. Education Committee
Our training unit organizes continuous trainings by preparing annual training plans in order to ensure that all our personnel have up-to-date information and to provide the highest level of service to our patients. In addition to trainings on waste management, blood transmitted diseases, hand hygiene, medical waste management, hospital cleaning, hygiene and infection control, together with the ınfection control committee; trainings were given on general topics such as communication, human relations, empathy, sympathy, patient rights.
Infection Control Committee
Our infection committee conducts surveillance follow-ups to minimize hospital infection. It also supervises and monitors sterilization and cleaning services in terms of patient and employee safety.
